F-150 has no fuel pressure at the rail. Cranks, won't start. Any suggestions?

F-150 has no fuel pressure at the rail.
Won't start but turns over very well.
Any suggestions?

Start with the easy places to check: fuel pump relay, and listen for fuel pump coming on. If relay is good but no pump check if power is getting to it. If it has power and not turning on then it may be bad.

Check the fuel pump module for clam shelling.The module is mounted above spare tire on box brace.

My 02 doesn't have this module so what takes it's place other than fuel pressure sensor ?
