my 2002 f-150 makes a humming noise coming from the rear of truck i cant figure out wat it is

Sounds like a bearing. Or it could be coming from the tailpipe. Does it do it when idling or while going down the road? It could also be the fuel pump.

You didn't state whether the noise came while driving or if you noticed it while parked with the engine running. Often, the electric fuel pump can be heard while parked with the engine running. Look at the backing plates of the rear wheels for a coating of gear oil. Those axle bearings aren't the best.
