Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I replaced the starter battery pcm relay
alternator and starter solenoid but still no turnover
with the key but it will start by touching starter
solenoid with a screwdriver. I really just need to
know what I may need to do next. FYI the ignition
switch goes through the positions just fine.

Note the starter relay in diagram. The relay has two sides, the load side, right side in diagram. Then you have the control side, left side in diagram, the control side needs voltage and ground, in order to energize. The diagram is for manual transmission. You can see fuse at top left of diagram and clutch switch.
