front wheels squeal when i tuen them

That is usually related to your front end alignment being out also.

Are you sure it is the wheels squealing? Could it be the power steering pump? If it is the wheel, probably an alignment problem if the truck is a two wheel drive.

Start the vehicle and allow it to idle. Turn the wheel from side to side. If he squeals at any point the power steering pump could be bad, the system could be low on fluid, their air in the system, or the belt could be slipping.
