truck did not start after making new key?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

over hauled motor. ran perfect. i made a new key and programmed by a pro.
technician.
old and new keys will not start it.

I suggest you call the Pro back over! and Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down.

Did the pro tech test both keys after programming? Did it start when it was finished, both keys?
