Blowing coil pack snap them

My 2003 f150 5.4 Triton v8.just snap the coil pack
again right off the bracket. I think it's the head but
I'm not sure.cause the threads on the plugs are
good an where it screws in the the head. Any
suggestions.

Did it blow out a sparkplug? If so the threads in the head need to be repaired.
