My car won't start on my Chevrolet Impala

Asked by Blessed312 Jan 26, 2021 at 09:55 PM about the 2002 Chevrolet Impala FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car won't start and its saying that connection failed and
it only did this after I seen the security light come on and I
followed the instructions that I read on your site and it
started right up but when I got home and turned into the
complex it turned off and on my radio it said connection
failed and now it won't start and I don't know what to do
can someone help me out if you have had this problem as
well with your 2002 Chevrolet Impala

Security system problems are best fixed at the Dealer. Your Impala is involved in a GM recall for the ignition switch. Hopefully you can get it fixed for free under the recall! Hope that helps! Jim
