If you are getting 12v to the blower motor then you don't have a ground. Run a wire from a body bolt under desh to the blower motor housing and see if it runs.

Run the ground wire from the frame to the ground wire on the blower motor. Make sure you are getting a good ground from the body/frame.

1. did you check the fuse? 2. did you see if your switch works? 3. did you check for lose or disconnected wires? 4. did you turn on the switch? 5. if you did the above and followed tuff4X4's advice and still nothing, your blower motor just MAY be bad. If you have an electric current to the motor when the fuse is good and switch is on, and the ground is good, the motor is the next reason for the non-function.
