Check fuel pressure at the rail in the event you have a plugged fuel filter which is not part of the fuel pump. Then check for fire at the plug(s). The tester can be purchased at a parts store for about fifteen bucks. Check the plug wires. Use an ohm meter to check resistance. Resistance is obtained from the length of the wire in feet and fraction thereof and multiplied via ohms. Usually 5K ohms per foot, but do not hold me to that. Lock it up. Make sure the air filter is not plugged up and the engine is getting air.
