what do it mean when the tracking light come on

Does it stay on all the time? If it does then the speed sensor in the wheel bearing is faulty.The car has to be scanned to determine which sensor it is.I own an '02 Grand Prix,and I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the harness that goes to the sensor.
