My A/C will not blow cold air

A/C does not blow cold air when Max A/C selected. Compressor is turning and
the clutch cycles on and off. Refrigerant is full. When I select Max ac there is a
slight change in the temp coming out of the vents from when max heat is
selected. When I select Max ac or max cold there is no noticeable temp change
of the air coming out of the vents.
