2004 Ford F150 truck won't start

My 2004 Ford F150 wont start won't turn over
there's no lights there's no power to anything but
there's a sound of a small motor that seems to be
coming from the fuel tank when I put my foot on
the brake sound goes away can't shift of park I'm
stranded and need to get my truck started

The motor you hear is the fuel pump priming up. You may have a low battery due to the alternator not charging, or bad connections with the battery cables, may even have a bad battery cable. Try cleaning the battery terminals first, if it still does not start, try getting a jump. Then determine if the battery is good and check for the problems listed here.
