I have a 2004 Ford f150 Triton with a 3 valve motor
currently in it.  It has a really bad miss, and after it
runs for so long it if a sharp turn is made or even
put in reverse and the wheel is turned it begins to
make a very loud ticking noise. I got an exact
motor but it is a 2 valve can that motor be put I to
that truck?

No, the two valve will not run right in that ECU. I would pull your valve covers and look at your lifters. They are known to fail.
