My transmission hose busted so i
fixed it and then put ford in
instead of Chevrolet can this
mess it up and how can i stop it
from slipping.

About all you can do is drop the pan, change the filter and add some Trans X to the transmission when refilling it with Dextron lV. But sounds like the trany is in need of a rebuild anyway.
