I have a 2001 Chevy Suburban. Just put a brand
new transmission in back in January. Yesterday
going down the interstate it started acting up. It
was hard to drive. It was like I couldn't catch any
speed.  Pulled over and looked at fluids seemed
okay. Tried to leave and couldn't get passed 40
mph or so.  Seems to not shift into 3rd please
help!!  Also noticed that it takes 2 to 3 times to
start the vehicle. I even bought a new battery and
still didn't help

When your looking at the dip stick does the fluid need to be inbetween the the two dots or all the way to the top dot?
