05 f150 overdrive light on

Spilled a drink last night on center console where shifter
is. This morning my overdrive off light is on and will not
turn off. Checked fuse and fuse is good. What could it be

A wet electrical connection by the sounds of it. Remove the center console panel to clean and dry where the drink spilled.
