Can i buy a car if i am from Panama?

i am from panamá, but i would like to buy a car from usa, can i do it? how?

Sure you can. Pick vehicle, (I'm not going to get in to CarFax and all that) but then send agreed funds, a bank wire is best and you are just going to have to trust the Dealer that 1) you are getting the Vehicle you want, 2) he doesn't run off with your money. Then you have to choose door-to door delivery or are you willing and able to go to Port in Panama and claim it. Much less expensive that way. Google search "Auto shipping USA -Panama" and pick one and call them to arrange shipment. Or fly here and drive it home...??
