Coolant leaks

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After driving and park overnight,coolant leaks under ,every morning i had to
add  a quart of coolant. My mechanic said without looking under its my water
pump any idea....please help

look under the water pump shaft with a smalll mirror. u will see a small weep hole. if it leaks u will see signs of coolant.

Yes, the water pump is a possibility, its just a matter of looking for the leak.

You might also want to check the intake gaskets,these engines as a rule tend to develope leaks there
