I checked a fuse on my 2005 Ford F150 and now it won't start or crank

I took out my fuse for the cigarette lighter to
see if it was bad.. It wasn't bad so I put back
in and tried starting my truck. It won't start
or crank.. Any suggestions on the problem?
My anti theft light seems normal thought
itoghy be that but I could be wrong..
