Do you have a receiver hitch? Does it have the trailer plug?
You could run your VIN to see if you truck came with the tow package but odds are if you have factory looking receiver hitch (bumper hitches don't count) and a factory looking 7 pin trailer wiring hookup, the truck has the towing package.
