The window wouldn't raise or lower, changed the regulator. The new one wouldn't work and decided to check the fuses. Now nothing works

Did you have doors open the whole time while working on it and maybe radio playing? Check battery voltage. Might just be a dead battery why nothing works now. Just a thought.

You stated in title that you pulled fuses. Are they reinstalled?

Obviously you had the door open while working on the window issue. Cycle the key fob from lock to unlock. Some fords, like the 99 explorer will act like everything is dead if the proper procedure is not performed via the fob.
