My 2006 f150 wont start

What is a saver tool? I went through 4 batterys at
auto zone last week trying to figure out what was
wrong with my truck.  I really have tried everything
to fix my truck i wish that somebody could tell me
how to fix it.

Four batteries? check the alternator, it's probably shot. It keeps the battery charged.

Let autozone diagnose it for u. If not, check for a short in the wiring, starter or the alternator, make sure all cables are good and tight.
