Put a new fuel pump in and ran great for about a week. When i press the gas it trys to shut off like a bad fuel pump. Im not sure if it's the injecters or fuel filter? Any help will be great

i have a ford f150 98 4.2 and in the mornings it wont start i have to crank it many times and hit the gas and keep pumping it to start it i thought my electronic choke sensor was bad witch it was replaced truck did good for a day then went back to the way it was then added coolant and truck ran good for 2 weeks but then started to do it again im lost 3 Answers
