Trouble with blinkers and high beam indicator

MY 2 blinker lights and high beam indicator lights stay on when i start my truck ,
with the air not working

Sounds like grounding issues, start with dashboard grounds and work your way outwards.

Absolutely, 100% a bad instrument cluster ground. If you have an aftermarket stereo, look there first. Jim
