Motor won't turn over after I bolt to the transmission together

I have a 1990 Ford F250 460 big
block I just took the motor out of
one truck to put it in the other and
now the motor won't turn over
after I both of the transmission to
it cut the flexplate be on a bind

The torque converter is not seated all the way,take the trans. back out.

well cjsras is right but there is a strong possibility that you bent the flex plate or damaged the torque converter or damaged the front pump !!! A lesson from the school of hard knocks
