my 1993 f-250 460 keeps fouling the #5 plug

just bought the truck.its got a small miss,fouling the #5 plug..replaced it,fouled
it again.

Oil fouling or carbon fouling?

Oil fouling is likely from a bad valve stem seal or worn oil control rings. I would use a spark plug from a hotter heat range to burn off the fouling. Carbon fouling is from running too rich.

do you have to take the motor apart to change the rings and valve stem seal?
