1999 ford f-250/ triton 10 motor

Rebuit engine - now it wont start it will crank
but not start. What could it be. I put new
rings 1 new piston that had a chip in it a
piece broken off i got new gaskets for valves
amd new sparks plugs. What could it be.
Would it need  the PCM reprogrammed ir
what should i try

One bad piston probably means there were other problems you did not fix. Check for spark and fuel to the engine and double check everything you did.
