Does a 99 Ford F250 (non Diesel) have an oil cooler

Asked by Fordforlife113 Aug 02, 2014 at 08:34 PM about the 1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty Lariat Extended Cab LB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My sons Truck a 99 F250 Super Duty was leaking oil. It is not a Desiel and he was told
the head gasket and the oil cooler need to be replaced. I have never heard of an oil coller
on a gas truck. But I never owned anything bigger than a F150.

Oh yeah. They have oil coolers. And nice big transmission coolers. The F superduty trucks are built like a brick out house. But you already know that. :-)
