leaking oil gasket on oil cooler

My 99 Ford F250 7.3L powerstroke diesel is pouring oil from the oil cooler. Does the seals
and gaskets need replacing?

Tried to sell you on the idea of using a bead of RTV black....but you weren't buyin'....proper gaskets do not require such myopic concentration to in effect "make the gasket" out of Black RTV....when I was still young would have done it this way....with MS they will not let me even touch my 5 mechanics boxes full of MAC tools~....so here I am tryin' to get everybody thru this~

good luck on the repair...wear glasses do you do not take an oil drop to the eyeball~
