My headlights wont shut off with
ignition. I've been pulling off neg
battery cable so not to drain battery. Is
there a fuse I can pull so not to open
hood each time?

Here are the fuses, right and left. The fuses are hot all the time. The problem must be on headlamp ground circuit. The headlamp switch is part of ground circuit. The drl module can also ground the headlamps. Something could be shorted to ground.
Your engine computer must hate you. Get your headlight circuit fixed, constantly pulling the battery cable off is begging for trouble, and voltage spikes can kill modules.
