Short? Chewed or vibrating wire harness wear? Corrosion. Green crusties? Heat up against wiring like around the intake or exhaust?

Visual inspection i would follow wires out of fuse box that has this blown fuse and inspect all wires. Any chewed up or next to hot components? Any grounds not connected or have corrosion?
