When starting engine a rattling noise occurs but dissipates
when accelerating the engine and starts anew when
decelerating the engle. Loud rattling coming from the motor
or engine.

The 6.0 engine makes lots of noise, but I would take it to a diesel specialist to have it evaluated. You may cause expensive damage if you continue to drive it.

If your engine has not blown up yet I would look into the full Bullet Proof setup.
