Is it possible for a triton 6.8l 2004 f250 not to have an egr valve

I bought an egr valve from AZ then I went to put it on and I couldn't find where it
was on eng I went back to AZ and they out to look at eng they couldn'the fingers
where it was either so they said there wasn'the on and refunded my money I
hate having to go to a ford dealership

Haha it's located on the passengers side (left) by the throttle body. Lol

Egr is also located by fuel filter. You will notice it by the EGR transducer

This photo is a 6.0 diesel not a 6.8l v10
For those that are interested the 2000 and up v10s did not have EGR
