2002 Trailblazer won t lol up on diagnostic port after we changed factory radio to aftermarket why won t it link and wht reduced engine power light on

Won't link on an obd reader and headlight s quit
working and reduced engine light on . Not running
right.  Changed factory radio to aftermarket and
now all this problem

No I didn't find the problem I can't get the one reader to work to tell me a problem if there is a code. It says communication error won't link up. Then after changing the radio from factory to aftermarket the reduce engine power and service engine light won't go off . Truck won t run over 39 mph and headlights won t work.

Yes you did,Your issues started after you put in that radio,that's your issue,Pull that radio out and reinstall the factory one properly and your issue should be gone.
