I would like to purchase a tuner/scanner for my 2002 Trail Blazer. If none
available would like some device to recalibrate for oversize tires or gear change

Bully dog is the one I use. But check their web site first as your OBD system may not have the menu in the programming. If it doesn’t then you will need a shop that has a Dino and can make up speedometer adapters set it up after you make your changes, and yes it will be a lot more expensive that just a programmer and once it made that is what you Eli Ned to stick with.
