I have a 99 Ford F350 super duty with a 7.3 liter power stroke. I'm having a lot of electrical problems with it. I've checked all of the fuses and none of them appear to be blown. Sometimes the power windows work, the cruise control and horn doesn't work, the radio display lights don't always work, the trip computer isn't working correctly (when I fill up with fuel it estimates my range well below what it should be getting, power door locks don't work. I'm just not sure where to even begin, could it be the computer or is it a short in the wiring harness? It only has 214,000 miles on it. It is also a 6 speed manual.

wow, all while the engine is running fine? Computer may be having problems. Is there a check engine light on when this is happening?

No the Check engine light doesn't come on. Sometimes the battery light will come on, however the voltage gauge indicates the alternator is charging the battery. I've had trouble with it for such a long time I can't remember when it all started mileage wise.
