there is a constant rubbing noise in the front end and when I hit a bump on the road the
front feels like it's chattering for a few seconds then just a rubbing noise again any ideas
please before I take to repair shop

Have you checked the bearing hubs? Does turning the wheel lessen the noise? If it gets quieter when turning the wheel, determine which turn direction made it quiter and that will be the bad bearing hub. It is fairly simple to change, so if you mechanically inclined you can save yourself money by doing the work yourself. There are also how to videos on YouTube to show you the way. Hope this helped.

Not there bearings just replaced them But at the sudden if I drive it a few miles it doesn't want to shift into gear And there seems to be a constant rubbing noise up front and if I hit the slightest bump it makes a klanging noise
