Where is the horn fuse located in a 2006 Ford Taurus?

Below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal ( it has a cover on it ) Also , the Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " ) is in the engine compartment

It is located in the fuse box under the hood third one in the row .The cover on the fuse box has a digram on it so you can pinpoit it's location of the relay's and fuses.

Thank you. So anyone know the actual fuse numbers? Sorry- I dont have a manual.
