Many FEH owners should have received a RECALL notice for a very similar issue. Coolant pump replacement

I have this problem with my ford escape 2006 hybrid I replaced the hybrid battery cooling system filter and the light is gone. but after a week its back again. i did the same this and its gone again but it came back with in a week again.
