How to attach license plate on 2000 Honda Cr-V?

Question type: General

I am having trouble attaching my license plate on my 2000 Honda Cr-V. There
are two rectangle holes on the bumper where you can attach your license plate
The left side fits perfect since I inserted a sliding screw cap but the right side's
hole does not align with the plate. Anyone know what to do?
The rubber on the right that is covering the hole is now off.
Anyone have any suggestions on how I can make the right side of my license
plate attach to the area? Or what to put in the hole so that I can attach my
license plate?

@ed92626 clearly you cannot read. And if you were not going to add anything of value , you could have simply skipped over this post

Update: the covering on the right size fell off and my license plate aligns with the big gap - is there anything I can buy where I can cover the hole and attach my plate?
