If you are talking about the engine timing, this has a timing chain. There are no chains to drive the axles. (wheels)

Thnaks. The timing chain. Should this be repaced at a certain mileage? Is there a way the dealer can check the wear on this timing chain? WHAT IS THE USUAL DEALER CHARGE TO CHANGE THIS?

Timing chains will last the lifetime of the engine. Its when you get high mileage say around 200,000 miles or more that a chain could cause some timing issues and may need replacing then.
