light up and it won't start I can here the relays
clicking but I have to wait a little bit and then a
couple times I won't have any problems and most
time when I'm having these issues I have to press
down hard on the starter relay and have somebody
turn the key 9 times outta 10 it will start the relay is

At the starter relay, terminals for load side of relay, terminal 30 and terminal 87. Terminal 30 hot all the time, terminal 87 goes hot with relay energized and carries voltage to starter. Make sure tranny is in park or neutral and functional parking brake is set. Use jumper wire between two terminals mentioned, the starter should crank. No need to use the key. Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. Let us know what happens? Right now I can't rule out the ignition switch--faulty fuse circuit or starter motor itself? Test when problem is ongoing.
