General info on 1990 S 10 with factory dual wheels on 4x4.       How many were made?
Are there other makes like Ford Ranger that manufactured with dual wheels? Value?

Why? pray tell...is there a hitch on that? S10 what it has a 2.2 liter? must have the bigger engine for luggin' that extra drivetrain~ like for hauling a camper through the mud...you might use wikipedia to find the numbers made in this configuration....more TIRES....yay?

My husband says it has a 4.3L. When he bought the truck he was told there were only a certain number of them made, I was wanting to get more info on it. Guys do a double take when they realize it is a S 10 with dual wheels; they think my husband rebuilt it like that.

s10's didn't come factory like that, people have modified them to have dual rear wheels. I'm sure back then you "could" have talked a dealership into doing it but it would be unlikely. It's worth what someone wants to pay. In general for the s seiries trucks of that year $2000 is a high price, that means good paint, no leaks, no problems (maybe something minor).
