91 s10 bogs down when I give it gas and more need help

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a 91 s10 with 109,000 miles. When I
give it gas it doesn't seem to go like it should and
sometimes it just seems to bog down so bad I
have to shift down into second or first for a small
hill, I haven't replaced everything yet but the spray
seems fine, no gas leaks and this is only
sometimes the check engine light came on once
and the truck wasn't running bad when it did, I turn
Ed it off and back on and the light was off. I'm 23
enjoy working on vehicles just rebuilt my 85 Dodge.
But this can be any number of problems I'm
curious if anybody else has had this problem and if
so did you find a fix any advice or anything is
appreciated.

I would first try the simple things like changing out the fuel filter and air filter too. If the check engine light comes on put the diag. on it don't just clear it otherwise you won't know what it was.

I just gone through everything and what the problem is there was not enough fuel pressure to keep up with demand. So check your fuel pressure!
