I was having problem starting, changed fuel regulator. No pressure. Then fuel pump and filter. Still no fuel pressure (0 psi) I can hear the relay click and pump going.

Go down to the filter and see if it's coming out. Then for the hell of it if that didn't work take the fuel lines off the injector and see if it comes out of the return. Idk if it's possible but maybe the lines got crossed

Sometimes the pump will turn on but not give out enough pressure. This happened to me. This could be fuel lines clogged or pump.
