Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The battery was replaced a year ago.
We try to jump it but it doesn't change
anything.
We turn the key in the ignition and get
no power whatsoever. There's no
power on the dash, no lights no nothin
'. The battery itself has power.

Sounds like a bad BCM with that many things gone bad all at the same time. (Body Control Module) Check all of your fuses first.

Okay, found out what it was. The battery terminals (they screwed into the battery) were very corroded. Just had to take a wire brush and clean off the terminals, inside and out.
