Got fire, injectors  spraying  fuel, got  good compression 1993  Chevy  S-10 4.3  engine.  Still will not  fire  up,  new  battery, 650, cold  cranking amps.
Drove  approx. 10 miles  to  do shopping ran excellent all the way  , stayed in store about an hour when we came out  the truck  would not  fire  up  ,  engine turns   over fast enough to start,  check  ignition module, checked compression  in the 120's  on all 6  cylinders,  fuel  pump works  , can hear it  humming  when  ignition switch is turned on.  I'm  stumped

I also have a 4.3 V 6 . This is what I would do. Spray some starting fluid down the throttle body and see if it fires. By doing this it should do something. If nothing pull the distributor cap and crank it over make sure rotor turns. Might have broke timing chain or the roll pin on the bottom of the distributor drive shaft might have sheared. The contact in the ignition switch might have failed that connects the battery to the ignition system when cranking. I had mine quit. Ran fine one time next time went to start ,nothing till I replaced it. Hope this helps.
