I didn't see filter n the list on replaced parts. I had the same issue on a 97 4.3 s10. installed new spiders, fuel pump, seemed to have plenty of pressure. light spray, changed the fuel filter and it's working great again
Jeff is right,may be constricted by clogged fuel filter or clogged lines,have you checked the fuel pressure with gauge?
