Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey guys! Just signed up because YouTube has
failed me! Lol
Just recently bought a 94 s10 2.2L with 65k miles
on it (wow, right!?)
No, not wow. Apparently it sat in the old mans
garage for quite sometime. Drove it home, ran
smooth but the check engine light came on in the
first 10min.
Driving on the highway about a month later and I
lose all power. Pull to the side of the road and
called my dad to come haul me home and find out
I blew a head gasket. Pulled it, replaced it + spark
plugs/tubes. Ran like a dream.
About a month later it wouldn't start. Timing chain
issue so we replaced the gears and chain.
About a month later wouldn't start after work.
Tested fuel pressure and it started right up but now
it has a really rough idle while in gear. In park or
neutral wasn't as noticeable. put some cleaner in
the gas tank thinking it was gunked up from
setting for so long. Still haven't ran the entire tank
through.
Tested it with a paperclip and the only code it
threw was for the MAP.
so today I replaced:
MAP
PUC
IAC
EGR
TPS
aaaand cleaned the throttle body.
Idles okay but still rough in gear and now it bogs
going up a hill.
What is my next step here? What am I missing?

I've replaced plugs, wires, etc. Did not check the fuel filter because I honestly didn't think that would cause it to idle rough ONLY in gear. In neutral or in park it doesn't do it, but once in gear the idle feels like it's going to shake the truck apart

Have you checked your RPMS, in neutral and at idle, you may be running lean, you have injectors correct, if so did you look for a leaking injector? ???

This truck doesn't have RPM's on the dash so I'm gonna have to get a gauge. I haven't checked for a leaky injector. I would do that by looking for what exactly? Dripping gas? I'm sorry I don't mean to sound dumb. I have a friend bringing me a fuel pressure gauge tomorrow so hopefully I'll have more info on it tomorrow

check your fuel pressure regualtor it may be bad or leaking as well, the fuel pressure on a 2.2l is supposed to be between 41-47psi.

Also, as future advise. Super low miles are just as bad if not worse than really high miles. Especially if it just sat for a long period of time.

Yeah actually... I checked the psi after changing the fuel filter so after rechecking the psi while the fuel filter was primed it's bouncing really fast between 30 and 40 psi. I'm thinking fuel injector regulator? But in everything im reading it should still be gradual on the fuel pressure guage, right? I mean it's bouncing so fast between 30 and 40 psi that the video I took is just a blur. What would make it bounce so fast? Especially that big of a jump, constantly whether in park or under load.
