98 Chevy S10 4.3 V6 pranks but won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After my truck sits for about 5 hours it will crank
but wont start. But as soon as I have jumper
cables hooked up to it it starts right away. While
the truck is running I have full voltage readings. I
have changed the fuel filter spark plugs distributor
cap and rotor . Anybody have any ideas on what
this could be?

when it cranks but doesn't start does it have proper spark and fuel pressure ?
